Set it up

2. Pick your app above to see where the instructions and file go.

Reference file: A list of your open deals with the last real contact date and the next step.

Look at my open deals and tell me which ones need a follow-up this week.
A deal needs one if the last real contact was more than 7 days ago or the next step has no date.
For each, suggest one short, useful follow-up and the best day to send it.
Write the message as a draft. I decide and I send.

Check the output before you use it

• Dates come from your list, not guesses.
• Each follow-up gives the buyer something useful, not just "checking in".
• You choose which ones to send.
